      my left arm was still being twisted, until i heard a "snap" sound... In a situation like this, your mind blocks out all pain and focuses only on surviving. I could tell both the bones in my left arm were broken, and knew i would not be able to hold on much longer... so i reached up and grabbed the railing with my right arm, and pulled myself it safety... this all happened under 4sec

      this was a bad idea... i did not plan my speed and were i would place my hands on the rail... Lifting my feet up and over the rail, my left foot got caught on my left arm, and i started to lean forward and started a 10foot fall head first.... Time slowed down, and i decided it would be best if i held onto the rail, so i would prevent myself from falling. This made me do a flip thing, and caused my arms to twist in a painful way, so i let go with my right arm, and was holding onto the rail with only my left.

      I was doing things i have done thousands of times before, and was starting to try and create ways to make the time more enjoyable... i play my Ipod at the same time i train, and one of my fav songs came on... I was then filled with energy, and felt like i was invisible/untouchable. I was approaching a railing that protected people from making a 10foot fall, over a edge... I have Vaulted over this plenty of times before (when you grab onto the railing and lift yourself, up and over it... its faster that climbing over a object), so i decided i would Run faster, Hit it harder, so i will Go further...

      Ya, it does... I train in a sport called Parkour, i bet you have never heard of it so i will explain it to you... It is a new sport for the U.S.A. because it is just now coming from Russia/Germany (don't remember which one). When translated into English, it is called Free Running. The sport is a combination of Gymnastics, Acrobatics, and Running... The only rules are to push yourself, so you will become stronger.. you run around, doing flips over fences, and jumping off building's roofs..
